Are you a first time parent and feeling overwhelmed about the thought of bringing home your new baby? Join Mama Coach Erin Lindsey to learn about what to actually expect during the first weeks home with a newborn. We’ll cover feeding, sleep, fussiness and have time for general questions. You will leave feeling confident and ready to enjoy those early days instead of dread them. This class is open to all parents to be, couples welcome! Erin is a Registered Nurse with 14 years experience in neonatal and pediatric intensive care care. She is a mom of three and owns The Mama Coach in Northern Virginia. Her tailored classes cover essential topics like feeding, newborn care, CPR, sleep, and potty training, ensuring families have the knowledge and support they need to be confident on their parenting journey.
