Join The Mama Coach Erin Lindsey for a CPR & Choking Workshop. This one-hour workshop is perfect for anyone who is interested in learning these life saving skills and doesn’t require formal certification. After completion of this workshop, you will feel confident in your skills using an AED, performing CPR, as well as utilizing choking relieving techniques on an infant, child and an adult. This hands-on workshop includes an eBook for reference that you will receive after class.

Erin is a Registered Nurse with 14 years experience in neonatal and pediatric intensive care care. She is a mom of three and owns The Mama Coach in Northern Virginia. Her tailored classes cover essential topics like feeding, newborn care, CPR, sleep, and potty training, ensuring families have the knowledge and support they need to be confident on their parenting journey.
