Join local instructor Gwen for an hour of easeful, peaceful yoga!

Classes are focused on foundational poses and breathing exercises that are suitable for all levels of practice. Students can expect a well rounded class including postures and flow followed by deep relaxation/guided meditation and closing with a few breathing exercises.

Gwen is a 200HR RYT certified yoga teacher trained in the Integral Yoga® style. Her mission is to deliver accessible yoga to people in her community. She specializes in yoga for people with limited mobility, arthritis, advanced age and more. She is known for her unique ability to meet her students where they are, guide them thoroughly through the practice, and lead them to their own inner peace.
