“Painting with Water Soluble Oil Pastels – Introductory/Intermediate Course” is an opportunity for participants to learn the history and function of water soluble oil pastels as a medium. Participants will experiment with color theory and various techniques to build confidence in painting and drawing with water soluble oil pastels. You will then create your pastel art piece.
